picking chestnut

Yesterday we went to the zig zag railway at blue mountain and the fact that in the olden years the people had to endure taking the train up and down is funny. I was having a headache so not so eager to be stuck there for nearly two and a half hour. the trip is not cheap. Whole family cost us $63.

Before the train trip, we went to a vegetable farm and visited an apple orchard again. The vegetables were cheap and fresh. As for the apple orchard, we picked our own fruit but the apples were not as big as the ones at shield orchards. We ate some apples and surprisingly the apples were not as sweet.

After the train ride, we went to a chestnut farm. The chestnut were spiky and we had to ply open them using a tong and glove. Fun looking around the chestnuts that had dropped down on the floor and to look for the untouched ones.
