Yesterday night Joe and I had a talk about our children's development. We decided that they need to be supervise more closely and we must try to help them in their studies. Charles and Charlynn have no problem reading but Chantz is still very lacking in this aspect. They have no problem reading and listening but just not motivated to pick up a book to read. They love bedtime story but that is to listen only.
Today Joe's at home as it is a holiday. Children are assigned tasks and they did them nicely. Joe was there to supervise them. I am a bit lassie Faire style so children are quite ill disciplined. Need to have some firm control over them.
Now the children are watching television. They actually can learn a lot as "ABC" Australia broadcasting Coorperation has programmes that are very good. They are named the "Auntie" station as the programmes are suitable for kids. Willl limit their TV time but it's really difficult sometimes.
I am taking a rest now as children have done quite a bit of tasks. Will write again.
